Winchester® StaBALL™ 6.5 is the world’s first temperature-insensitive BALL® Powder, stable in extreme-hot or -cold conditions. It provides optimal loading density in cartridges appropriate for the burn speed, which is ideal for 6 Creedmoor, 6GT, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7MM-08, 270 Winchester and many more. Typical of a ball powder, precise metering contributes to improved velocity and pressure standard deviations, ingredients that are paramount to match grade accuracy! This REACH-compliant, “environmentally green” propellant has copper fouling reducer additives, meaning longer durations of competition and field shooting without having to clean the bore. Precision accuracy throughout the match! Velocity levels obtainable, depending on the cartridge, are 30-200 fps greater than other propellants in its class. I like this powder very much for my 6.5c rifle, I get excellent groupings at 200yds which beats most factory rounds. Very pleased, the draw back is that I can't get 8 pounders.

Bought this powder specifically for my 257 Roberts and 260 Remington. Worked up great loads for both with Barnes TTSX bullets. Both showed a significant increase in velocity. Last week my wife used the new load in my 257 Roberts to take her first antelope. Love this powder!

I've been using Staball working up loads for my 6.5 CM. I love how easy the powder is to meter amd trickle. Down range the results are impressive, I'm getting 1/4- 1/2 MOA when I do my job. It doesn't seem to be primer sensitive. I get the same performance with BR or regular primers. I have used Varget and some other offerings and am not get a noticeable improvement from these great powders. It is my go to for Creedmoor.

The powder is absolutely awesome my only complaint was the $300 price tag with shipping and hazmat it’s very expensive now and I wish it wasn’t so expensive but other than that I am very happy with the Hodgdon product
