Winchester StaBALL Match is a temperature-insensitive, double-base BALL POWDER® developed for match-grade rifle loading. It is stated to remain stable in extreme hot and cold conditions, bringing StaBALL-family stability to loads in cartridges appropriate for its burn speed.
This propellant provides optimal loading density for high-BC, heavy-for-caliber bullets. Winchester identifies .223 Remington, .224 Valkyrie, .22-250 Remington, .308 Winchester, and .30-06 among its compatible applications, along with many more cartridges appropriate for the powder’s burn speed.
Typical of BALL POWDER®, StaBALL Match is designed for precise metering. Winchester states that this supports consistent velocity and pressure with lower standard deviations—key considerations for match-grade accuracy. Depending on the cartridge, velocity levels obtainable may be 50–75 fps greater than other propellants in its class.
StaBALL Match is REACH-compliant and includes copper fouling reducer additives that contribute to longer shooting sessions without cleaning the bore. Made in the USA, it is available in 1 lb. and 8 lb. canisters.

Very Consistent Ball Powder
Very temperature stable and good velocity from a ball powder in my 22 ARC with heavy .224 projectiles.

My GOTO powder
I shoot a .308 win, 1:11 twist, 168 gran bullet and have had great success with this powder. It meters very well and produces consistent velocity and low standard deviation. I would recommend.
