Description
Ramshot Magnum is a double-base spherical rifle propellant made for high-performance magnum cartridge loading. Built around the demands of big-capacity rifle cartridges, it is positioned as the number one choice for high-performance overbore magnum applications.
Magnum provides outstanding performance across a broad range of established magnum cartridges. Its stated applications begin with the popular 7mm Rem Mag and .300 Win Mag and extend through the Remington Ultra Mags and .338 Lapua.
For reloaders building loads around magnum rifle platforms, Ramshot Magnum brings a focused propellant option rather than a general-purpose answer. The spherical, double-base formulation is tailored to the high-performance magnum category that gives this powder its name.
Ramshot Magnum is made in Belgium. Always use current, published load data for the exact cartridge and bullet combination being loaded, and follow all powder-label instructions and established safe reloading practices.

Ramshot Magnum
I reloaded 220 cartridges for my .300 RUM using Magnum and 180 Grain Barnes TTSX and achieved a .250 cold barrel group at 100 years. Being a spherical powder it work great for compress loads. I could use a source for this as I am running a tad low on my inventory.

Ramshot Magnum
What little loading I’ve done with the 257 WM, it seems it will be a good choice. (Waiting on cooler weather) this powder appears to have a lot of horsepower compared to others in this burn rate.
