Pyrodex P is intended to be a direct replacement for FFFg blackpowder, when measured volumetrically using a black powder measure.
Principal uses for Pyrodex P are in muzzleloading pistols, cap and ball revolvers, and in small bore, muzzleloading rifles.
Made in the USA by Hodgdon Powder Company.
Available in a 1-LB container.

Very good power Ignites well can use a little less than Black powder. I like it and will by more.

I have been using this powder for years and never have I had a problem with it. I plan on continually using it as it is an excellent product for my muzzle loading hand gun. Thank you!

I have used Pyrodex P in my 36 cal. navy black powder pistols for years with great satisfaction. cleanup is very easy with hot soapy water followed with a good wipe down with a appropriate lube.
