Blackhorn 209 is a low residue, high performance propellant made for muzzleloaders and black powder cartridges. It is engineered to consistently shoot at higher velocities and with greater accuracy than any other muzzleloader powder available today. Like most black powder and other muzzleloading substitutes, Blackhorn 209 should be loaded by volume and not by weight. Made in Canada.

Pellet killer!
Been shooting pellets ever since buying my muzzeloader in 2014. Switched to Blackhorn 209 last year, and I will NEVER go back to pellets. Not only am I getting outstanding velocities (2,000+ FPS w/250 grn bullets), but my groupings are much better, AND my barrel fouling is down. Try this powder, trust me! It's better then pellets in every way! Other then ease of loading of course, but completely worth it
