Hodgdon® Powder Company and Hornady® have teamed together to answer the reloading question; "Can I buy the powder used in Hornady Superformance factory ammunition?"
Superformance delivers striking velocities in cartridges like the 22-250 Remington, 243 Winchester and 300 Winchester Short Magnum. Targeted velocities are well in excess of 100 fps over the best published handloads and even larger gains over factory ammunition!
Because this propellant is tailored for specific applications, the number of cartridges and bullets is limited, but where it works, it really works!
Made in the USA.
Available in 1 lb. and 8 lb. containers.

This has been my most accurate powder in my 257 Roberts. I especially like how it meters through my powder dispenser.

It really does produce velocities in excess of 100fps in my 6.5 creed with 127 LRX over what H4350 does! What I had load data for of bullets.

I’ve been using this powder in my Sons Model 70 30-06 with 165 GR Accubonds . The combination of the 3 have produced consistent sub MOA groupings and has allowed my son to take 2 bull elk with just 1 shot each. Metering of the powder is very good. I would highly recommend this powder and plan to try it on some of my other caliber gun/bullet combinations
