This magnum, extruded powder was designed expressly for the really large overbored cartridges such as the 7mm Remington Ultra Magnum, 300 Remington Ultra Magnum, 30-378 Weatherby Magnum, etc. Retumbo adds 40-100 fps more velocity to these cartridges when compared to other normal magnum powders.
In addition, it is an Extreme Powder, making it perfect for big game hunting under all types of conditions.

This is by far the best powder in my .300 Norma improved. Might as well be fairy dust but if you can get some it’s going to work well in big .30s for sure. Very temp stable and very consistent ES. Hoping to find some more when I can!

Undoubtedly the best Magnum powder out there. Use I 7mm rem mag and 270 WSM with excellent accuracy and speeds.

Retumbo is the unicorn of powders, works well in several 28 Noslers, a 300 Win mag, and 6.5 SAUM I’ve built. 4 rifles that I own shoot one hole groups at great velocity with this powder.

Super accurate in my 28 Nosler with 180 and 195 grain bullets. No pressure spikes in warmer weather or from different lot #'s.

Extremely consistent powder, from lot to lot, year to year. I’ve used the same load in my go-to hunting rifle for 15 years. No changes weatherby 30-378, 32” bbl,102.5 gr Retumbo
