Description
Short-magnum cartridges call for a powder matched to their application—not a vague promise of precision. Accurate MAGPRO is a slow-burning, double-base spherical rifle powder developed specifically for the Short Magnums of Winchester (WSM) and Remington (SAUM).
MAGPRO excels in 6.5 x 284, .270 WSM, and 7mm WSM. It is also described as an excellent choice for belted cartridges such as .300 Win Mag, giving reloaders a defined set of cartridge applications to evaluate against published load data.
The powder’s spherical form provides excellent metering properties, which the manufacturer identifies as a basis for consistent performance. As with any rifle propellant, an accurate result comes from developing an accurate load for the specific cartridge and firearm using applicable published data.
Accurate MAGPRO is made in the USA.

Magpro
Good powder meaters well.

Very nice spherical powder. Easy to measure.
First couple loads i tried with magpro were in my 7mm remington magnum. The results were very satisfactory I went with the nosler 160 gr accubond and put 6 shots in a 11/4" group at 100 yds Full power load off hodgens data. No flyers, a trustworthy combination. Ive had difficulty in the past finding the perfect powder for consistent in 7 mag. I believe magpro is the one. This could be the golden to product for the 7mm and the 264 win mag

Accurate Magpro
Accurate’s Magpro meters very well through my Auto Trickler and provides very consistent reading with my chronograph.

Accurate Magpro
While I prefer Hodgdon H 1000 for my 6.5 PRC, it has been extremely difficult to obtain. Accurate Magpro has proved to be a decent substitute. Powder charges are quite similar, but my rifle likes H 1000 a tad better. Only other issue is that unless I take care to clean the inside of the case neck of spray lube, the Magpro tends to stick there when charging.

Just started using accurate powders and like how easy they flow in powder scale. Still working on different loads in 6.5 prc but looking good so far.
